The mythological chronicles tell that the semi-divine Asclepius was very popular with the Greeks as his stick with the coiled snake had therapeutic powers, which is why it would become a symbol of medicine and knowledge over time. In time and space he wanders wandering, only to end one day in that of Senarica, collected by our "knights of the malt" who immediately perceive its potential. Our heroes have long known the ancient healing properties of beer and the beneficial contribution of the nutrients contained in it. Not only vitamins, mineral salts and phenols with strong antioxidant power, but also the awareness that beer, especially craft beer (unfiltered and unpasteurized), has all the characteristics of a "live" product, capable of harmoniously interacting with our physical and metaphysical metabolism.
