It all starts with Donato's passion for the countryside and gardening. Thus was born the citrus grove that smells of lemon blossom, oranges and cetrangoli; there are also the secular trees of Portugal oranges, those that arrived in 1400 together with the Portuguese and with which Donato prepares wonderful jams, using only cane sugar.
