Company with more than sixty years of experience in the art of olive oil is today a small reality that deals with the production process of extra virgin olive oil in respect of traditions, and exports its products as well as in Europe, America and Asia. The company pays attention and care to the entire production process: from the choice of the best olives, to the processing, to the analyzes, to the filtration of the blend, up to bottling.
Our company carries out qualitative tests on olives throughout the ripening period. Only the best olives are selected for processing. At the end of the processing, the oil is stored in a dark room inside tanks that allow to preserve all the organoleptic qualities of oil that is periodically analyzed through internal and external analyzes of the company itself in order to guarantee a product of excellent quality.
