Lu Cavalire Biodynamic Farm

The organic farm "Lu 'Cavalire" was born from a personal initiative of Paolo Rossi in April 2009. The main reasons that led me to undertake this new life are linked to the desire to live in close contact with nature, of which I am extremely passionate and respectful. Precisely for this reason the farm was immediately included in the organic farming regime, which I strongly believe in. In the name of tradition and the link with our territory, I started this young business.

Hence the idea of ​​dedicating it to the person who more than 50 years ago, from these lands, began to derive the generous fruits: my grandfather Attilio, better known as "Lu 'Cavalire", "Il Cavaliere", office attributed to him for the his merits in the field of work.
