Oleificio Andreassi - The art of good oil for more than 100 years
Since 1878 and for five generations, the Andreassi family has been producing an exquisite extra virgin olive oil with care and love. Today Cav. Matteo works with the same passion of his ancestors to ensure the always genuine goodness of his oil.
We are in Poggiofiorito in the province of Chieti, between the Adriatic and the Maiella, in an area of gentle hills, a rich and fertile land, where climatic and environmental contrasts harmonize ensuring the high organoleptic and nutritional quality of the oil. Today the Andreassi family produces exclusively extra virgin olive oil with selected olives of the Leccino, Gentile, Frantoio and Muraiolo varieties, hand-picked by careful and qualified producers, carefully washed and stone-ground.
The oil is obtained with a cold working system with computerized temperature control. Immediate packaging allows the properties and freshness of the oil to be preserved unaltered. The Andreassi oil mill every year, between the end of October and the beginning of November, proposes the production of "vintage" extra virgin olive oil, guaranteeing a product with a delicately fruity flavor, low acidity and above all tastier. and richer in all those vitamins and trace elements - living elements that make extra virgin olive oil the "condiment" par excellence. We Andreassi hope to contribute to making known the great value of extra virgin olive oil, a value that is appreciated at the table as it enhances the taste of our foods, but which also helps us to live better because it contains substances that protect the our organism from aging, from heart complications and to prevent certain types of cancers.
