It is an extremely versatile honey and we will be able to enjoy its properties by using it in various ways, from the classic sweetener for hot drinks to use in daring recipes and delicious baked desserts. It lends itself very well to pairing with a stretched curd cheese such as scamorza or provola.

Aroma: delicate, not very persistent and without aftertaste, vanilla, sugared almond, peeled sweet almond
