Rosarubra Agricultural Society - A true uncontaminated oasis where organic and biodynamic agriculture find their true essence

Rosarubra is an organic and biodynamic estate located in Pietranico. An oasis of 30 hectares enhanced by a territory with a splendid terroir, where the environment itself is a nest created by nature, which protects and protects its biodiversity.

The image from above of the vineyards and olive groves expresses the essence of the estate better than words. The cultivated lands alternate with oak woods and in some cases are surrounded by them, as if the trees themselves wanted to hide an ancestral secret from outside eyes. The forest dominates, gives character to the landscape and is natural, very little has been modified, much has been generously left, for the pleasure of respectful use, and for the life of the many wild animals.

The result is a vocation to "organic" which is not only in the techniques adopted and in the protocols applied, but in the natural order. All this translates into hard work in the estate aimed at seeking the highest quality, from the best possible fruit to the wine contained in the bottle. In recent years, the biodynamic Demeter certification has been added to the ten-year organic certification, because we firmly believe in the principle underlying this discipline: to recover the fertility of the soil as it was originally. The massive and constant use of chemical agents on soils and crops, in fact, has created over the years an impoverishment of the soil, making it lose its peculiar characteristics.

With the natural techniques proposed by biodynamics, the soil is free to change, to grow and enrich itself, to go back to being "alive" and rich in humus.
