Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo Doc Rosarubra
Color: a beautiful deep cherry pink, extremely bright and consistent.
Nose: intense and very fragrant, incredibly elegant, with floral and fruity notes, carnation, geranium, vigorous cherry, raspberry, peach.
Taste: dry and very vigorous, in which a beautiful freshness and a very delicate tannin stand out accompanied by a rebalancing warmth and softness. The olfactory scents are confirmed, with the addition of a delicate vinosity and a long and persistent mineral finish.
Harvest: Born in a beautiful area dedicated to viticulture, at an ideal altitude to guarantee an extraordinary temperature range and with a magnificent exposure, from a very old vine grown with the Guyot system. A cherry of Abruzzo DOC, obtained from a strictly manual harvest in early October of certified biodynamic agriculture, which ensures maximum respect for the surrounding environment.
Vinification: A white vinification, carried out exclusively in thermo-conditioned steel vats and after the necessary rest on the skins, follows a maturation of 6 months, still in steel, and then proceeds to bottling in the total absence of oxygen.
Pairings: Rosé wine in general has the extraordinary characteristic of being able to be paired with almost any food, and certainly can be sipped in any circumstance. Served very fresh, with aperitifs, appetizers, seafood, vegetarian dishes, white and red meats, fresh or medium-aged cheeses. Let's imagine noodles with seafood, fried zucchini flowers, lasagnette with duck sauce, baked pheasant or a goat cheese with chives.
