Harvest - Vinification: manual harvesting of advanced ripening grapes, prolonged maceration on the skins, refining for a few months in steel and one year in large barrels, further refinement in the bottle.
Organoleptic characteristics: fruity of ripe red fruits tending to jam, slightly spicy, fresh, dry, enveloping tannic with good body and good flavor. Pairing: baked or grilled meats, aged cheeses.
