Cyclicality and regeneration are rites of passage that sanction the essential moments of life, such as that of transhumance during which the flocks moved, along the ancient sheep track, from the hilly and mountainous areas to the sea coasts in the winter season and on the way opposite in the summer, eating the “Pecorino” grape.

Our Pecorino, retains the color of wheat blond, golden yellow and sparkling reflections. Its scent is distinctive and decisive with persuasive essences of tropical fruit, mango, melon, grapefruit and singular spicy nuances and full flavor. harmonious, savory and with a long persistence. Accompanies delicate appetizers, first courses with white sauces, including fish based. It is recommended to serve at a temperature of 10-12 ° C.
