Plant density: 1600 stumps / ha
Harvest: Manual, generally in the second half of October.
Vinification: Preparation of the pied de cuve a few days before harvest, fermentation with maceration of 8/10 days, racking and spontaneous malolactic to follow.
Aging: In steel on the fine lees, bottled in summer, further 12 months in the bottle.
Alcohol: 14%.
