Pecorino Colline Pescaresi IGT - Yamada
The name "Yamada" in Japanese literally means "mountain field". A reference to the vineyards that see it born, the same ideograms are then used to compose the name Zaccagnini. Zaccagnini's Colline Pescaresi Pecorino IGT “Yamada” is a wine that best expresses the best characteristics of pecorino: fresh, intense, pleasantly balanced. A white to be discovered, rigorously vinified and left to mature in steel tanks only.
Bright straw yellow with greenish reflections, the nose expresses a citrusy, aromatic, very pleasant perfume. Traces of grapefruit open to a harmonious, persistent and excellent freshness taste. Balanced, it closes with a finish of good aromatic cleanliness. Also excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with fish-based first courses.
Color: The wine has a bright yellow color with greenish reflections.
Aroma: Citrus, aromatic, very pleasant bouquet in which grapefruit is highlighted.
Taste: On the palate it is harmonious, persistent and of excellent freshness due to the consistent acid structure of the grape.
