Characteristics of the variety: Pecorino is a native Abruzzese variety rediscovered a few years ago thanks to the recovery and selection work of a few daring winemakers. It prefers fertile soils with a high water availability. The wine is characterized by strong citrus notes and freshness in the mouth accompanied by the right body and gustatory persistence.

Vinification: In white: soft pressing and subsequent static decantation. Fermentation in steel with selected yeasts at 14 - 16 ° C.
Refinement: 2 months in steel and 2 months in bottle.
Sensory analysis: Brilliant straw yellow color. Hints of yellow pulp fruit and citrus notes. The acidic vein and flavor are balanced with an excellent structure, persistence and softness.
