Merlot and Montepulciano d'Abruzzo with vineyards in the hills facing north-west and south of Miglianico, at 250 meters. above sea level, with clayey-loamy soils. The breeding is in Pergola Abruzzese with 10/15 year old vines, 1600 plants per hectare with a yield of 120 q.
Harvest: Exclusively by hand in the second ten days of September.
Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand, softly pressed.
Maceration: The must is left in contact with its lees for 10 days, at a low temperature, to favor the natural diffusion of the aromas contained in the peel fragments.
