Cococciola d'Abruzzo Superiore Doc - Ferzo
Ferzo is a piece of fabric sewn together with other pieces to form a large sail. The combination of the most suitable wine-growing areas in Abruzzo gives life to "Ferzo", a single large label that contains the best of the region's native vines.
Vinification: Soft pressing and cold maceration of the mashed grapes. Only the first pressure must, separated by gravity, ferments at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
Color: Pale straw yellow with golden hues.
Nose: Wide bouquet with balsamic nuances, floral hints of broom and hawthorn, with exotic fruit.
Taste: Delicate, harmonious, savory, quite fresh. Persistent with a slightly bitter grapefruit finish.
Pairings: Excellent as an aperitif, ideal at the table with seafood salads, raw and first courses based on fish and shellfish. Perfect with white meats, boiled and grilled fish, sushi and soufflé.
