Pecorino d'Abruzzo Docg - Tullum
Wines rooted in the foundations of history since Roman times and in the heart of the territory, consecrated by the DOCG Tullum. Wines that have built their essence by digging into the soil, breathing from the microclimate and listening to the echo of the past tradition, to be realized with irrefutable quality.
Pecorino is increasingly revealing all its qualities and all its potential: scent of fruits and flowers, solid harmony and promising longevity.
Location area: vineyards of the Municipality of Tollo
Grapes: At least 90% Pecorino grapes from vineyards grown on hilly land in the municipality of Tollo
Harvest period: Between the end of August and the beginning of September (based on chemical analysis and tasting of the grapes)
Vinification: Cold maceration of the skins and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature
Aging: Aging on the fine lees for about 6 months before being bottled without filtration or clarification
Alcoholic content: 13.5%
Color: Lemon yellow of medium intensity with a golden edge
Flavor: Pear, Golden apple, white peach, almond with nuances of sage and lavender
Taste: High acidity, balanced and integrated into the fruit, full-bodied, consistent with long aromatic persistence.
