Montepulciano d'Abruzzo Doc - Bisanzio
Intense red wine, aromas of red berry fruit and notes of spices. Full, harmonious and rightly tannic flavor. It goes very well with pasta dishes, red meats, game and aged cheeses. Serve at 14/16 ° C.
Vinification: the grapes harvested are traditionally vinified with a long maceration of the skins at a controlled temperature. In special stainless steel tanks, the must comes into contact with the marc through daily pumping over which ensures the extraction of color and aromatic precursors.
Color: intense red with light violet reflections.
Nose: intense, with aromas of black cherry and wild berries, notes of violets and spices.
Taste: full of good structure and soft tannins, with a persistent finish.
Pairings: first courses based on rich sauces, roast meat, game, aged cheeses. This wine can accompany the entire meal, thanks to its light tannin and full taste.
