Production area: municipalities of Colonnella, Ancarano, Controguerra and Roseto degli Abruzzi.
Vinification: bloodletting equal to 10%, inoculation with “SELEZIONE FARNESE” yeasts. Low temperatures in the first days of fermentation to extract polyphenols, substances responsible for the red color of wine. Subsequent control of temperatures around 27 ° C. Malolactic fermentation and aging in American wood barriques for about six months.

Sensory characteristics: clear ruby red color, very consistent with purple reflections. The taste is dry and warm, soft with fine tannins. It is a wine of excellent flavor and good balance.
