Passerina d'Abruzzo Superiore Doc - Ferzo
Ferzo is a piece of fabric sewn together with other pieces to form a large sail. The combination of the most suitable wine-growing areas in Abruzzo gives life to "Ferzo", a single large label that contains the best of the region's native vines.
Vinification: The must obtained by soft pressing of the grapes, after a brief contact with the skins at low temperature (cryo-maceration) becomes clear. In special steel tanks the clear must ferments at a controlled temperature which enhances the aromatic peculiarities of the grape.
Color: Straw yellow, with golden reflections.
Nose: Delicate and complex at the same time, notes of white flowers are combined with citrus scents and spicy nuances.
Taste: Fresh and fragrant, on the palate the complexity of the fascinating olfactory sensations is enhanced so as to make it surprisingly persistent.
Pairings: It goes well with all seafood dishes from a rich aperitif to complex and structured dishes, based on fish and white meats. Ideal with crudités.
