Vinification: maceration for 6-7 days at a controlled temperature (26-27 ° C) malolactic fermentation at the end of fermentation.

Maturation and refinement: short passage in large 40 hl barrels in the spring following the malolactic fermentation. Stop in stainless steel and further refinement of 4 months in the bottle.

Organoleptic characteristics: Intense red color with violet reflections; the nose reveals hints of red fruits with hints of violets and spicy notes. On the palate the result is a velvety, round and intense tannin, with a good persistence.
