Harvest period: Each variety is harvested according to the ripening period of the single grape variety and vinified separately

Organoleptic characteristics: Intense ruby red color; hints of wild berries, spice and vanilla; full but delicate taste; its vivacity predisposes it to a long life.
Gastronomic combination: It goes well with first courses of great structure such as wild boar ragù or polenta; grilled meats, stews and very mature hard cheeses. Try it with dark chocolate. Serve at 18-20 ° C
