Harvest: manual, first and second decade of October
Vinification: soft pressing of the grapes, maceration, fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature.
Maturation and refinement: maturation in steel for 10/12 months before bottling.
Organoleptic characteristics: intense purplish color. It is characterized by dense, soft and not very aggressive tannins, with hints of cherry and morello cherry. The finish is full and supported by a notable extractive and alcoholic strength.
