Pecorino d'Abruzzo Doc - Tralcetto

Abruzzo Pecorino DOC wine Tralcetto Zaccagnini is characterized by the typical "tralcetto", a symbol of continuity between the wine in the glass and the plant from which it derives. Born from the native grapes of Pecorino d'Abruzzo, it is aged in steel to better appreciate the original aromas of the vine. Citrus and fresh on the nose, with marked notes of grapefruit and cedar, this white has a pleasant drinkability in the mouth, with a rare freshness on the palate.

A white ideal as an aperitif, to be tried throughout the meal with a menu of blue fish and fried anchovies.

Color: Straw yellow of medium intensity with slight golden reflections.

Bouquet: The nose is fragrant and powerful with notes of yellow flowers and fruit and references to aromatic herbs, such as thyme and mint.

Taste: In the mouth it shows a continuous balance between thickness and freshness and salinity

Denomination: Abruzzo DOC Pecorino

Grapes: Pecorino 100%

Alcohol content: 12.5%

Vinification: Soft pressing of the grapes, cryo-maceration, vacuum pressing to extract only the flower must, cold clarification of the must and fermentation of only the limpid fraction at low temperature in stainless steel.
