Organic Abruzzo Pecorino Igt Colline Pescaresi - Terra Cruda
Once on the clayey hills of the Pescara plateau, at the foot of the Majella, peasants built their houses in "Terra Cruda" (clay and straw); due to the naturalness of the materials used and the architectural simplicity, these buildings integrated perfectly into the territory.
So is the farm that stands out on top of the hill cultivated in rows. In these lands the vines still today generously return a high quality natural fruit.
Terra Cruda is produced with only grapes from our vineyards, from the homonymous vines in purity, cultivated for over 20 years with organic farming methods, at the foot of the Majella massif, on the edge of the large natural park. The high quality of the grapes used, the particular processing technique, which combines ancient methods and modern technology, the wooden barrels used for the refinement of the red, give these wines unique aromas, aromatic and mineral notes.
