Maturation and refinement: subjected to a refinement in steel with batonnage for a period of approximately 12 months; further storage in the bottle completes its maturation.

Organoleptic characteristics: intense yellow color with golden reflections. The nose reveals mineral hints and a pleasant note of ripe yellow pulp fruit. The taste shows a balanced softness with a good structure, with the right amount of acidity that refreshes the palate. A balance between flavor and aroma closes long and persistent.
