Dry, balanced with mineral scents and acacia flowers. Cococciola is a fresh and balanced sparkling wine, the perfect companion for aperitifs, appetizers and fish-based dishes.
Grapes: 100% Cococciola
Harvest period: mid-August
Vinification: direct soft pressing. Fermentation (Charmat method) at 16/18 °
Refinement: after the slow fermentation follows the elèvage on the yeasts in stainless steel tanks.
Color: straw yellow with greenish reflections
Flavor: clear olfactory sensations with mineral hints, bread crust and acacia flowers
Taste: full, persistent and pleasantly dry and balanced
