In the vineyard: Selection of Montepulciano grapes from vineyards with the characteristic shape of the Abruzzo pergola located on hilly terrain with good exposure between 400 and 450 meters above sea level

In the cellar: The grapes, after a careful selection , are de-stemmed and pressed, the must with the skins is left to ferment in stainless steel tanks for 10/15 days at a temperature between 25/28 ° C

Refinement: Part in steel tanks, part in oak barrels for at least four months, followed by refinement in the bottle.

Sensory characteristics: Ruby red color with slight purple hues, the nose is intense, floral, fruity (black cherry), with a slight spiciness; in the mouth it is rightly tannic, full-bodied, balanced and with an almond finish
