Type of soil: clayey, medium-textured Geographical location of the vineyard: municipality of Rocca San Giovanni, the most suitable hills overlooking the Costa dei Trabocchi, with southern exposure and a height of about 150 meters above sea level.

Harvest: manual, second decade of October

Vinification: soft pressing of the grapes, maceration, fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature.

Maturation and refinement: refinement in steel for about 4 months and a further storage in the bottle concludes the maturation

Organoleptic characteristics: Cherry red color; persistent aroma of red fruits such as raspberry and currant. Round palate, full-bodied but well balanced and harmonious.
