Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo Doc - Chronicon
The territory of Abruzzo lives through the story of its most identifying and iconic products, such as the Cerasuolo DOC; the one by Zaccagnini, offers a nice ease of drinking and is remembered for its light and typically aromatic aromas. The grapes, carefully selected, vinify and refine in stainless steel, and then carry out a rapid passage of 3 months in Slavonian oak barrels and are thus bottled. The perfect label to spend an evening dedicated to Abruzzo wines.
At sight it has a cherry red color and violet reflections with an intense bouquet, an elegant, aromatic, very pleasant perfume. On the palate it has a persistent, broad and well-balanced taste. Excellent both as an aperitif and throughout a meal, it is particularly suitable with fish-based dishes. To scream with a soup of mantis shrimp.
