Vinification: soft pressing of the grapes, maceration for 20-25 days in cement tanks and fermentation at a controlled temperature.

Maturation and aging: maturation in French oak tonneau for about 12 months; refining in concrete vats followed by further refining in the bottle for a few months.

Organoleptic characteristics: intense red color, with brilliant violet reflections; notable scent of berries, spices and chocolate;
