Passerina Controguerra DOC
Passerina grapes are harvested by hand, after a meticulous selection, at the end of September and beginning of October according to the climatic conditions. They are de-stemmed, softly pressed; the must obtained is statically decanted and left to ferment in a stainless steel tank at a controlled temperature of 16-18 degrees centigrade.
VQPRD Classification: Controguerra Doc Passerina.
Origin: The vineyards are located in the municipality of Controguerra at 260 meters above sea level.
Composition of the subsoil: Loose soil tending to clayey.
Grapes: Passerina 100%.
Characteristics of the plants: The vineyards are trained in rows (Controspalliera) with approximately 5,600 vines per hectare facing east.

They are de-stemmed, softly pressed; the must obtained is statically decanted and left to ferment in a stainless steel tank at a controlled temperature of 16-18 degrees centigrade.
Color: pale straw yellow.
Bouquet: floral, fine, intense, delicate aromas of apple and peach.
Taste: good structure, full, long persistence, harmonious it is a wine where a good sapidity and a delicate freshness are highlighted.
Gastronomy: We recommend pairing with aperitifs, white meats, fish dishes, vegetable and shellfish tempura.
