Montepulciano d'Abruzzo Dop - Costa di Moro
Winner of numerous awards at prestigious international fairs, Coste di Moro is a 100% Montepulciano d'Abruzzo wine from vineyards grown at an altitude between 300 and 450 meters above sea level, partly raised in Abruzzo pergola, partly in guyot. The grapes, after a careful selection, are de-stemmed and pressed, the skins are left in contact with the must with indigenous yeasts for 10/15 days at a temperature between 25/28 ° C.
The refinement of Coste di Moro takes place for 4 months, one part in oak barrels and one part in steel, followed by a refinement in the bottle.
