In the last fourteen years of activity it has been able to maintain production standards of very high quality, which allows it to stand out in the wine scene not only for its great commitment and passion, but also for the attention paid to the environment in every aspect: from a few years, in fact, most of the production is certified organic, a part is certified biodynamic, making the most of the potential of the territory, always reminding us that for a wine of great quality, the care and commitment required by work in the vineyard are fundamental. in the utmost respect for the ecosystem in which the vines are inserted.

The wines of Cantina Orsogna are aimed at a very wide audience, from refined palates to the simplest ones. The vineyards of the members who give the Cantina Orsogna, they are mainly widespread in the Municipality of Orsogna but also in the neighboring municipalities in the province of Chieti, in addition to traditional vines, such as Montepulciano and Trebbiano, some native vines are grown such as pecorino and cococciola, but also pinot grigio and primitivo.

The winemaking techniques provide for a reduced use of sulphites, with variable quantities based on the line to which the wine belongs, low doses of sulfur for the Lunaria line and the total exclusion of added sulphites for the ZeroPuro line. The Lunaria Line includes Demeter certified wines, i.e. wines produced from biodynamic grapes, where the winemaker works in harmony with the forces, rhythms and cycles of nature, to preserve the fertility of the soil and the vitality of the vine. Using these precautions, it is able to harvest qualitatively superior grapes from which wines are born that tell of authenticity and typicality, a direct expression of the vineyard and the territory of origin. The Wines of the Zeropuro Line are vegan biodynamic wines certified Vegan - Vegetarian Quality. In the must destined for the production of these wines there is no trace of added sulfur dioxide and the yeasts destined for fermentation are naturally present on the grapes and are not selected.
