Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo Doc Lumeggio di Rosa
The grapes are harvested in the second decade of September, after a scrupulous selection they are de-stemmed, pressed and left to vinify in the presence of the skin for a short period, about 15 hours, at a low temperature in order to extract the varietal aromas.
We then proceed to a normal vinification, the so-called white fermentation, at a controlled temperature and selected yeasts.
