Geographical location of the vineyards: slight flat and open hill slopes of the sub-coastal strip of the Costa dei Trabocchi, from 100 to 200 meters above sea level. Municipality of Rocca San Giovanni.

Harvest: manual, second decade of October

Vinification: soft pressing of the grapes, maceration, fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature.

Maturation and refinement: part of the wine (40%) is subjected to refinement in French oak tonneau for about 8 months; after the blend, a further storage in the bottle for 3/4 months completes the maturation.

Organoleptic characteristics: intense red color with purple hues in youth. Aromas of plum, red summer apple and violet. On the palate it shows a good structure and a remarkable body, despite its nature as a young and fresh wine.
