Harvest: manual, second decade of October
Vinification: soft pressing of the grapes, maceration, fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature.
Maturation and refinement: part of the wine (40%) is subjected to refinement in French oak tonneau for about 8 months; after the blend, a further storage in the bottle for 3/4 months completes the maturation.
Organoleptic characteristics: intense red color with purple hues in youth. Aromas of plum, red summer apple and violet. On the palate it shows a good structure and a remarkable body, despite its nature as a young and fresh wine.
Serving temperature: 18-20 ° C
