Straw yellow with green streaks. The aromatic profile recalls a delicate white fruit, peach that follows with hints of lavender to conclude with a faint scent of chamomile and delicate citrus notes. When tasted, it is appreciated for its excellent concentration and the good balance that can be seen between alcohol and acidity. The long persistence that is appreciated gives balance with sapid and mineral notes
