Cherry red in color, it is a wine that has intense and fruity aromas with a harmonious and fragrant flavor. Excellent with first courses and white meats, cold cuts and assorted cheeses. Serve cool at 8/10 ° C.
Vinification: The must obtained from the soft pressing of the grapes, after a brief contact with the skins at a low temperature (cryo-maceration) becomes clear. In special steel tanks the clear must ferments at a controlled temperature.
Color: Cherry red.
Nose: Intense, with fruity aromas and hints of cherry, strawberry and petunia.
Taste: Balanced, harmonious and with good persistence.
Pairings: Fish soups, white meats, cured meats and semi-aged cheeses; it goes perfectly with pizza and shellfish.
