Ursini sauces are born conceptually different: to satisfy the desire for goodness and the new needs of pasta lovers, while also supporting small farmers who work in a sustainable way to enhance and spread products unmistakably linked to tradition.

Pallotte cac 'e ove with red sauce are a typical Abruzzo dish, probably among the most famous. The invention of this meal originates from the peasant tradition when, in times of war, meat was scarce. In fact, they are meatballs with very simple ingredients: bread, cheese (cacio) and eggs. A unique and quick but very substantial hot dish. It can also be used as an appetizer in small doses.

Ingredients: Peeled tomatoes 81%, meatballs cac 'e ove [cow cheese (cow's milk, salt, rennet), eggs, bread [soft wheat flour (contains gluten), water, yeast, salt], parsley, salt, agent leavening: sodium hydrogen carbonate] 11%, extra virgin olive oil 5.5%, onion, salt, acidifier: lactic acid.
