Acacia Honey
Reference: MDA0111
Acacia honey from Abruzzo
It is the best known and most used honey for its consistency and delicacy. In fact, it is characterized by its transparency (water white color) and its naturally liquid nature: it is in fact one of the honeys without crystallization and always brilliant.
The plant has American origins and was only imported to Italy in the 18th century. It has a majestic tree habit and characterized by branches with small rounded leaves from which wonderful clusters of white buds hang: the flowers. The sweetness and the scent of acacia are contained in the latter which, as foreseen by the most ancient gastronomic traditions of the countryside, can be consumed in purity.
OUR ACACIA HONEY IS COLLECTED AND PRODUCED ENTIRELY IN ABRUZZO.
