Odor: Weak, not particularly characteristic, slightly floral

Aroma: Delicate, reminiscent of the sweetness of vanilla sugared almonds

Uses: As table honey or natural sweetener, instead of traditional sugar

Combinations: Goat and pecorino cheese, blue cheese and all the refined ones
