Red Craft Beer "L’Una Rossa"

It is a Red Ale but can also be classified as a Saison, flavored with candied sugar, orange peel and coriander but enriched in color and nuances (both aromatic and gustatory) by the use of dark malts.

The hops are both American and European; it is characterized by the use of monk malt, Cara Aroma and Chocolate and wheat. Their use is aimed at enhancing the aroma, keeping the bitterness low.

Ingredients: Water, barley malt, wheat, rye malt, candied sugar, hops, orange peel, coriander and yeast.

Pairings: White and red meats, spicy dishes and pizzas. Also suitable for fish dishes.

Alcohol Content: 6.4%

Color: Deep amber

Taste: Royal toasted and caramelized olfactory notes, due to the candied sugar. The orange peel is also evident and the hops do its part very well.
