The Genzianotto was born in our LAB and is the result of a meticulous research on the harmony of opposites.
Pleasantly bitter liqueur, the result of an infusion of gentian roots and cooked must in alcohol.
Color: intense amber brown with golden reflections.
Bouquet: Intense and complex, the hints of cooking grape must accompany the spicy notes of gentian roots.
Taste: the sweet sensation of the cooked must envelops the bitter taste of the gentian root. The sweetness of the genzianotto comes from the natural sweetness of the grape, with no added sugar.
Bitter: 26% Vol.
Recommended pairing: dry pastries, mostaccioli, bocconotti.
