To one of the major Italian culinary traditions, pasta, the Ursini chefs could only dedicate a line of excellent specialties: tasty ready-made sauces resulting from exclusive recipes, profoundly different from the various Boscaiola, Bolognese or eggplant sauces that are massively present on the market and are always equal to themselves with the only difference given by the label.

Ursini sauces are born conceptually different: to satisfy the desire for goodness and the new needs of pasta lovers, while also supporting small farmers who work in a sustainable way to enhance and spread products unmistakably linked to tradition. Very small, delicious and above all very good, meatballs are an essential ingredient to prepare some of the most exquisite proposals in the Abruzzo cookbook and, in particular, to build the unrivaled condiment for the classic and famous macaroni alla chitarra. Pallottine are nothing more than minced meat balls that tradition has it hand made.

Ingredients: 75% peeled tomatoes, meatballs [adult bovine meat, pork, Grana Padano PDO cheese (cow's milk, salt, rennet, preservative: egg lysozyme), eggs, breadcrumbs [wheat flour ( contains gluten), brewer's yeast, salt], extra virgin olive oil, parsley, salt, pepper] 16%, extra virgin olive oil, white wine (contains sulphites), onion, salt, allspice, juniper.
