Montepulciano d'Abruzzo Doc - Terre dei Vestini - Reserve - Inferi
It comes from particularly suitable areas of the Terre dei Vestini, where the low yields of grapes per hectare are not the result of any forcing: it is the soil itself that, by its nature, gives balance to the vineyard, ensuring that each bunch contains within itself a extraordinary concentration of quality.
It is aged for 40 months: initially with fermentation and long maceration in Ganymede, then in stainless steel vats and subsequently in fine oak barriques to be completed with a permanence in the bottle of at least 6 months.
Its deep ruby red color with garnet reflections, its intense and varietal aromas with vanilla notes, its persistent, warm, full-bodied and harmonious flavor make it a distinct and charismatic wine at the same time. Its qualities are best enjoyed with first courses based on truffles, red meats, game, aged cheeses and cured meats. It is recommended to serve at a temperature of 18-20 ° C.
