Vinification: Harvested by hand in the first ten days of October, its grapes, once softly de-stemmed, undergo a maceration of about 14 days. During this period, the wine also completes the alcoholic fermentation at a temperature not exceeding 20 ° C, to be then introduced into barriques, where the malolactic fermentation ends. Subsequently, the wine is subjected to a further 6 months refinement in wood and a rest in the bottle
