Given the high concentration of color in the grapes, they are de-stemmed and the berries sent directly to the press. A very gentle pressing takes place to safeguard the pulpiness of the fruit.

Harvest: Manual in boxes

Vinification: The grapes they are de-stemmed and transferred to the press where, after a few hours of maceration, a soft pressing takes place.

Aging: The wine rests on its fine lees for a period of about four months before bottling
