Feuduccio - Pecorino IGT Colline Teatine

Rooted in the agricultural and pastoral civilization of Abruzzo, Pecorino is an early vine with low yields, which finds its ideal habitat in the cool and elevated hills where the vineyards of Il Feuduccio extend.

The great personality of this white, the result of our careful clonal selection for over twenty years, allows for a versatile and whole meal combination.

Altitude of the vineyards: 432 meters above sea level

Exposure: South-East / South-West

Soil: mixed clay-loam structure, calcareous

Grapes: 100% Pecorino

Harvest: end of August, with manual harvesting

Fermentation: in stainless steel, controlled temperature

Aging: in the bottle for 3 months
