Bisanzio - Merlot IGT

Deep red in color with purple hues, in the fruity bouquet there are hints of blackberry and currant to which are added pleasant spicy notes of leather and pepper. The flavor is harmonious, full-bodied, soft and with a good structure. Excellent paired with pasta dishes based on sauce, roasted and grilled meat, game, cured meats and aged cheeses. Serve at 14/16 ° C.

Vinification: The harvested grapes are traditionally vinified through a long maceration of the skins at a controlled temperature. The wine is left to settle in stainless steel tanks at the end of the malolactic process.
