Palio - Trebbiano d'Abruzzo DOC

Typical white wine from the Abruzzo hills. Pale straw yellow color, delicately scented, pleasantly savory and harmonious on the palate, it goes well with fish, white meats and cheeses. Excellent as an aperitif, it can be enjoyed at any time of the day. Serve cool at 8/10 ° C.

Vinification: The must obtained from the soft pressing of the grapes, after a brief contact with the skins at a low temperature (cryo-maceration) becomes clear. In special steel tanks the clear must ferments at a controlled temperature.

Color: Light straw yellow with greenish reflections.

Nose: Fresh and pleasantly fruity (hints of peach and apple) with floral notes of acacia.

Taste: Fragrant and harmonious, dry and persistent

Pairings: It goes well with all fish-based dishes: brodetto all'abruzzese, it goes perfectly with white meats, delicate and medium-aged cheeses. Excellent as an aperitif.
