Bakàn - Organic Trebbiano d'Abruzzo DOC

The Torri Winery in Martinsicuro, in the province of Teramo, produces a Trebbiano d'Abruzzo of the Bakán organic line at an altitude of 290 meters above sea level, from a thirty-year-old vine in an Abruzzo pergola farm, which is reflected in the Adriatic with a strategic exposure facing south-south / east.

A wine made with 100% Trebbiano d'Abruzzo DOC grapes, the result of a strict manual selection of the bunches, from a harvest in the second half of September of certified organic farming.

The vinification is done in conditioned cement tanks followed by an aging of 4 months, again in concrete tanks, to then be bottled in the total absence of oxygen.

Color: A bright and intense straw yellow with golden reflections.

Nose: delicate and persistent floral and fruity notes, citrus, acacia, pear stand out on the nose.

Taste: The sip is vigorous, in perfect harmony with the aromas, characterized by a freshness softened only by a delicate rebalancing softness. A prolonged and mineral final note that confirms the prestigious terroir of origin.

Harvest: Born in one of the most suitable areas of Abruzzo, from an old vineyard raised in Tendone, at an ideal altitude to guarantee a formidable temperature range and with a magnificent exposure. A Trebbiano d'Abruzzo DOC obtained from a strictly manual harvest in mid-September of certified organic farming, which ensures the utmost respect for the surrounding environment.

Vinification: A vinification carried out in conditioned concrete tanks followed by a 4-month refinement, again in concrete, and then bottled in the total absence of oxygen.

Pairings: A wine to be served cold, at a maximum of 6-8 degrees with aperitifs, appetizers, seafood, vegetarian dishes, white meats and fresh or medium-aged cheeses. We imagine it with a tuna tartare, paccheri with rocket and prawns, chicken with peppers, but also a very simple caprese.
